Why everyone keeps coming back.

La Esquinita de las Rozas is a vibrant Mediterranean restaurant and wine bar nestled in the heart of Las Rozas de Madrid, offering a truly authentic Spanish dining experience. Located on C. Navarra, 6, this charming venue effortlessly combines the warmth of a traditional café with the lively buzz of a local brunch spot and wine bar. Whether you’re craving a leisurely breakfast, a relaxed brunch, a midday lunch, or an evening drink, La Esquinita provides the perfect setting.

Step inside and you’ll immediately sense the welcoming atmosphere that defines this neighborhood favorite. The interior buzzes with a diverse crowd — from local workers to families and even aristocrats — creating an inclusive, lively vibe that’s both comforting and energizing. During colder months, the thoughtful touch of blankets for guests adds a cozy layer of hospitality, making each visit as heartfelt as it is delicious.

The culinary offerings here are a delightful ode to Mediterranean flavors, expertly crafted in dishes that balance simplicity and richness. Although the menu details aren’t fully listed, you can expect traditional Spanish breakfast staples and an array of well-prepared tapas, praised for their generous portions and fresh ingredients. Reviewers consistently highlight the quality and variety offered — the tapas, in particular, are beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, making each bite a vivid expression of Spain’s culinary heritage.

What really elevates La Esquinita de las Rozas is its exceptional service. The staff receive warm accolades for their attentive and friendly approach, enhancing the overall experience without overwhelming. Whether you're settling in for a quiet coffee or gathering with friends for drinks on the spacious terrace, the attentive camareros ensure you feel looked after.

The wine bar aspect of La Esquinita also deserves special mention. The drinks are masterfully prepared, with cocktails and wines served with care and flair. This makes it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring Las Rozas, or to enjoy a flavorful accompaniment to your meal that perfectly complements the Mediterranean cuisine.

Despite a small note in a review about a reserved demeanor from some staff members, the overwhelming consensus praises the friendly environment and excellent value, including surprisingly affordable pricing for the high quality you receive. It’s this genuine blend of atmosphere, taste, and hospitality that makes La Esquinita de las Rozas not just a restaurant or bar, but a true local treasure.

If your travels take you to Las Rozas, don’t miss the chance to experience this captivating corner — where every sip of coffee or glass of wine, every satisfying bite, feels like a warm embrace from the heart of Spain.

This is the place for coffee in the old town square. Here, you will see everyone from the area, from building workers to families to aristocrats. It is a very nice local for a typical spanish breakfast, where they also provide you with blankets to keep you cosy during winter in case you've got a chill.
